¿Cuál será el verdadero rostro de Jesús, la imagen de Cristo –figura principal de la religión católica y cristiana –? La mayoría tenemos en mente una imagen convencional de esta figura religiosa; sin embargo desde hace mucho se dice que su imagen no era como la pintan. Recientemente Bas Uterwijk, un famoso fotógrafo, trató de adaptar la apariencia de Jesús de acuerdo a la zona geográfica y en el momento que se desenvolvió en la historia. Éste es el impresionante resultado.
La imagen que rápidamente se viralizó en redes sociales, fue construida con ayuda de inteligencia artificial gracias al fotógrafo Bas Uterwijk. El resultado fue sin duda muy diferente a la imagen tradicional de Cristo.
Con ayuda del servicio de red neuronal Artbreeder, el artista combinó varias imágenes de rostros familiares de Jesús. Utilizó para ello varias representaciones artísticas sobre esta figura. Al final retocó rasgos, cabello y barba.
Aunque la imagen causó conmoción en redes sociales, el propio artista reconoce que éste es sólo un acercamiento. No hay certeza de que así haya sido Jesús. Aquí te la dejamos:
