Un hombre con un objeto en mano brincó a la duela del Staples Center tras el juego entre Los Angeles Sparks y Seattle Storm, donde intentó asaltar a las hermanas Nneka y Chiney Ogwumike, quienes celebraban el triunfo del equipo local de la WNBA.
En el video que circula en redes sociales se muestra como Chiney se da cuenta de lo que intentaba hacer el hombre, por lo que protegió inmediatamente a su hermana Nneka, también compañera en el equipo.
