El Sindicato de Audio de Estados Unidos (CAS, por sus siglas en inglés) dio a conocer a los nominados para su edición número 55 y que serán entregados el próximo 6 de febrero en el Wilshire Grand Ballroom del InterContinental de Los Ángeles.
En la categoría principal, las películas que buscarán una de estas preseas serán A Quiet Place, A Star is Born, Black Panther, Bohemian Rhapsody y First Man.
La película Roma, de Alfonso Cuarón, quedó fuera de esta premiación y no es una categoría en a que sea fuerte en esta temporada de premios.
